Xavier Cordero

Xavier is originally from Ecuador and now lives in Hopkins, joining the FCR crew as a window cleaning technician back in April.

On the job, Xavier handles interior and exterior window cleaning for both residential and commercial customers, along with gutter cleaning, and he’s currently learning Christmas light installation. He also lends a hand to Fritz on small repairs and other projects around the business. What he likes most is that every day looks different — new people, new places, and the satisfaction of seeing a home go from before to after, especially when a customer is happy with the results.

Customers often mention how friendly, respectful, and careful Xavier is while working in their home. When he’s at your place, you can count on him to treat it with respect and make sure the job is done right before he leaves.

Outside of work, Xavier spends his time with his wife and kids — biking together as a family, listening to music, watching movies, and cheering on Ecuador or Real Madrid whenever they’re playing. This winter he’s hoping to learn guitar alongside his son. One of his favorite spots in the Twin Cities is Minnehaha Falls, a great place to walk around and enjoy the outdoors with his family.
