Fritz started FCR Cleaning in 2018 with nothing but a squeegee and a work ethic, doing every job himself out of Excelsior.

Word got around fast. One crew became two, then three, and FCR grew into a full team now covering 30+ suburbs across the Twin Cities metro — all while holding onto the same standard Fritz started with.

Fritz still keeps an eye on every corner of the business, and it shows: FCR has racked up 250+ five-star reviews along the way. His philosophy hasn’t changed since day one — show up on time, do what you said you’d do, and leave every job spotless.

These days Fritz splits his time between running the business and making sure the crew has what they need to do their best work, whether that’s a customer’s tricky request or a new guy learning the ropes on his first install.
